I am a sixth generation Cantabrigian with a background in operations, creative strategy, community engagement, and customer experience. My work has spanned startups, small businesses, nonprofit leadership support, and creative entrepreneurship, with a focus on building thoughtful, people-centered experiences.
I currently work at Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) supporting the Climate Equity and Impact Department. I also founded and chair the department’s VIBE Committee, where I lead employee engagement initiatives and organize programs and events designed to strengthen workplace culture and connection.
Over the years, I have worked with organizations including The Grommet and Gemvara, while also pursuing independent creative projects. In 2021, I launched The Smart Dresser, a wardrobe consulting business focused on sustainability, accessibility, and personal style.
Outside of my professional work, I remain actively involved in the Cambridge and Greater Boston creative community through local organizing, freelance design work, event collaboration, and support for artists, small businesses, and community initiatives.
I love learning new things, meeting interesting people, and finding ways to turn ideas into something tangible. Whether I’m organizing an event, helping someone refine their personal style, designing graphics, or collaborating on creative projects, I’m happiest when I’m building something thoughtful and community-oriented.
I care a lot about authenticity, humor, accessibility, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed and included.
I love local art, independent businesses, live music, comedy, and the weird little pockets of community that make Cambridge feel like Cambridge.
I’m a big fan of arcades, specifically pinball, and I’m always excited to discover new spots around New England. My free time is spent making things, whether that’s painting, sewing, crafting, designing, or writing silly songs for local comedy shows.
More than anything, I enjoy creative spaces that bring people together and give them permission to be a little weird, joyful, and themselves.
